In the Middle Ages, music and song permeated every aspect of life and culture, from religious expression to earthy entertainment.
Seeking to restore the human expression, life, and colour to songs of the distant past, join Early Music Voices as they combine traces of information found in medieval songs and theoretical writings with contemporary singing traditions. The concert features guest soprano, Toronto Consort’s Katherine Hill, and make sure you swing by early, a pre-concert talk starts at 7:30pm.
