Mount Royal Kantorei marks Remembrance Day and the centenary of the end of the First World War with an evening concert featuring The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace by Karl Jenkins.
With added depth of the Calgary Youth Orchestra, Kantorei joins forces with special guest choir Cum Vino Cantus. Hear over 120 voices raised together for a powerful rendition of this moving work about destruction and hope.
The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace 1918 – 2018 takes place at 7:30pm on November 11, 2018 at the Bella Concert Hall, Mount Royal University (18 Mount Royal Circle SW).
This concert contains war images and sounds that may be disturbing to audience members.
