Diving into some of the greatest pieces ever written for wind instruments, join the Calgary Wind Symphony for an afternoon of masterworks.
Featuring the dynamic trumpets of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra—Adam Zinatelli and Miranda Canonico—hear the Concerto Classico for two trumpets by Joseph Horovitz as well as the world premiere of Flat out, covering ground by Calgary composer and JUNO Award-winner, Allan Bell.
The concert takes places at 2:30pm on March 18, 2018 at the Eckhardt-Gramatté Hall, Rozsa Centre, University of Calgary (206 University Court NW).
