This February, join the Mountain View Connection Concert Series as it presents an evening of chamber music including French chanson and classical greats.
Featuring the songs of Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Charles Trenet, Poulenc’s Voyage a Paris and Chemins de l’amour, Kosma’s Autumn Leaves (les feuilles mortes), tickets include a reception featuring French wines, cheeses, and desserts.
The concert is co-sponsored by Honorary French Consul, Roy Klassen and Honorary Dutch consul, Irene Bakker.
La vie est belle: An Evening of French Music, Culture, Wine and Cuisine takes place at 7:30pm on February 12, 2017 at Christ Church Elbow Park (3602 8th St. SW).
