A new nighttime music and exhibition event series, music fans won’t want to miss the inaugural Studio Bell After Hours.
Not your typical night at the museum, the National Music Centre will be turning down the lights, turning up the tunes, and inviting you to explore five floors of exhibitions and interactives. Catch live DJs and a massive dance party in the performance hall or head to to the Chill-Out Lounge on the East Village Skybridge.
“Opening our doors outside of regular hours allows more people to check us out,” says Adam Fox, NMC’s Director of Programs, in a statement. “Taking some of our education programs and tweaking them for an adult audience allows us to have some fun and host a party in this beautiful space. And we’re excited to turn up the music a bit too!”
Studio Bell After Hours takes place from 6:00 to 10:00pm on March 24, 2017 at Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre (850 4th St. SE). Tickets must be purchased in advance. After Hours is a licensed event for those 18 years of age and older. All visitors must provide valid government issued photo ID.
