Spamalot
Front Row Centre kicks off its 30th season with this Monty Python musical
- Location: Beddington Theatre Arts Centre 375 Bermuda Dr. NW
- Price: $22 - $25
Launching its 30th anniversary season, get ready to sing and laugh along with Front Row Centre Players and this iconic musical from Monty Python.
Lovingly ripped off from the classic film comedy Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Spamalot retells the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. The Tony Award-winning show includes hit numbers The Song That Goes Like This and Always Look on the Bright Side of Life alongside a bevy of beautiful show girls, tap dancing knights, epic sword fighting, killer rabbits, and so much more.
“I love that anything goes in this show no matter how silly or ludicrous,” says Director Jeremy Walker, in a statement. “As far as being part of it, I wanted to try something new. Audiences should come see this show to take a break and make some time to just laugh. Everyone can benefit from leaving their cares behind and laughing until it hurts.”
Monty Python’s Spamalot runs September 21 to October 6, 2018 at the Beddington Theatre Arts Centre (375 Bermuda Dr. NW).
