The Calgary International Film Festival and the Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival are kicking off a new season of great documentaries with Sour Grapes.
Telling the story of one of the most well-executed and high-profile wine frauds on record, documentary subject Maureen Downey and Executive Producer Nick Ware will be in attendance. Q&A to follow the screening.
Doc Soup Calgary is now in its ninth year and runs from November 2016 to April 2017 with a screening on the first Wednesday of each month.
Sour Grapes screens 7:00pm on November 2, 2016 at Cineplex Eau Claire (200 Barclay Parade SW).
