Charles Gounod’s tribute to Shakespeare’s tragic tale, join Calgary Opera for Roméo & Juliette.

Presented in collaboration with Alberta Ballet, see the romance between two young lovers caught in the middle of feuding families come vividly to life. A deeply human story with enduring themes of love, fate, and tragedy, the production incorporates extended ballet and a rich cast of opera stars.

Roméo & Juliette runs November 17, 21, and 23, 2018 at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium (1415 14th Ave. NW).
