Spies and satire collide as Vertigo Theatre stages Graham Greene’s 1958 comedic novel, Our Man in Havana. Directed by the one and only Mark Bellamy and co-produced with Saskatoon’s Persephone Theatre, Our Man in Havana is a not-to-be-missed production for any satire fan.

In it we meet Jim Wormold, a British expatriate living in 1950s Cuba who is struggling financially. When the British Secret Service offers him a plum position as their man in Havana, he literally can’t afford to say no. There’s only one problem… he doesn’t know anything.

Our Man in Havana runs March 11 to April 9, 2017 at The Playhouse at Vertigo Theatre (115 9th Ave. SE).
