One-half of the duo Whitehorse, Luke Doucet is an inventive guitar slinger, songwriter, and creative force. See the fruits of his artist residency with the National Music Centre at this public workshop.
Doucet has spent the time recording a collection of guitar-based instrumentals with his signature Gretsch White Falcon fusing the lyricism and creative explosion of the early days of the electric guitar with modern cinematic compositional ideas.
The workshop takes place at 1:30pm on January 12, 2017 at Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre (850 4th St. SE), and is included with admission.
