A queer burlesque and theatrical retelling of Moulin Rouge, La Rouge is full of glittering acts written and directed by award-winning playwrights Megan and Laura Couch.
Featuring burlesque by Sanguine Sirens Burlesque and theatrical elements by Seven Starving Artists, the show brings together acrobatics, jazz, aerial hoop, silks, pole, musical theatre, rap, and more to share the romance of Kate and Satine.
Catch La Rouge November 9 and 10, 2018 at Evergreen Theatre (2, 1709 8th Ave. NE). The show is 18+ and the doors open at 6:30pm with the show at 7:30pm. Tickets are $20 for restricted visibility, $35 for general admission, and $250 for the VIP treatment with bottle service.
