Known for his insightful interpretations and refined technique, Calgary-born Jan Lisiecki returns for this impressive concert at Mount Royal University’s Bella Concert Hall.
Young and ambitious, he received the Leonard Bernstein Award at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival in 2013 and was named as Gramophone magazine’s Young Artist of the Year. In January 2016 Lisiecki even made his Carnegie Hall debut with the Philadelphia Orchestra and Yannick Nézet-Séguin.
