Winners of the 2017 Edinburgh Fringe First Award and the 2015 Vancouver Critics Choice Innovation prize, Theatre Conspiracy’s Foreign Radical draws participants into an intriguing theatrical game world.
Exploring security, profiling, terrorism, freedom of expression, and privacy in the age of cyber surveillance, this multimedia tour de force is presented in English, Farsi, and Arabic. Mobile throughout, participants are asked to collaborate and compete, investigate and debate, all while gathering evidence, being interrogated, and spying on each other.
Foreign Radical runs January 17 to 20, 2018 at the West Village Theatre (2007 10th Ave. SW) and is part of the High Performance Rodeo.
