Inspired by the work of the Making Treaty 7 Cultural Society, Elder in the Making follows two young urban dwellers on a spiritual journey across traditional Blackfoot territory.
Lougheed House presents this feature-length documentary that tells the story of Cowboy Smithx, a Blackfoot, and Chris Hsiung, a Chinese-Canadian, as they embark on a spiritual journey of reconciliation. A discussion and Q&A with Smithx follows the screening.
