Adobe invites Calgary’s creative community for a night of design and celebration

Are you ready to get your creative juices flowing? The Adobe Creative Cloud team is coming to town and they are ready to rock Calgary’s socks with this night of innovate design.
The Calgary Creative Jam is a two-part design experience that demonstrates and celebrates creativity. With both a one-hour design showcase and a Creative Jam tournament, it’s bound to be a great night for local creatives.
Creative Jam Talks feature Creative Director and Founder of CAMP Festival Bram Timmer, local illustrator Kim Smith, and Creative Director and Founding Partner of WAX Trent Burton. And in the tournament you will find 10 teams who have been given a theme to create around and three hours to do so. The pressure is on.
Doors open at 7:00pm allowing participants to meet and mingle over a few drinks and scrumptious food. The tournament will be full swing, so make sure you pop in and see how it’s developing. The Creative Jam Talks begin at 8:00pm followed by the tournament competitors sharing their solutions starting at 9:00pm. The audience gets to vote alongside the judges and the winner will be crowned.
Creative Jam takes place from 7:00 to 10:00pm on October 13, 2016, at the Tool Shed Brewing Company (801 30th St. NE). The event is free and open to all. RSVP at nvite.com.
