A tale of love that’s best heard through a tin-can telephone, Countries Shaped Like Stars is made up of the sounds and images of a landscape forever altered by regret.

Using spoons, water glasses, whirly-winds and a mandolin, Ottawa’s Mi Casa Theatre tells the story of Gwendolyn Magnificent and Bartholomew Spectacular. It might all end in heartache, but this beautiful show is sure to lift your spirit.

Countries Shaped Like Stars runs January 13 and 14, 2017 at the Royal Canadian Legion #1 (116 7th Ave. SE) and is part of the High Performance Rodeo, running January 5 to February 2, 2017.
