A celebration of community and a milestone year, The Coming Out Monologues YYC brings a diverse selection of spoken word, movement, and musical pieces to the stage for its 10th anniversary!
Featuring special guest emcees, new stories told in new ways, musical performances, and more, this highly anticipated annual production shares diverse stories of coming out from the LGBTQ2A+ community with each night offering a different lineup of performers.
This year, hear monologues from Ari Agha, Azaria Puhl-Trinh, Brandon Howse, Bryan Sandberg, Chelsea Allen, Dan Clapson, Ian Costinak, Jayden Porteous, Katie Rogers, Kerry-Leigh Fox, Myles Nahal, and Shauna Thorne, as well as five stories from LGBTQ2A+ refugee newcomers to Canada thanks to a partnership with The Centre for Newcomers!
