Promising a celebration like no other, join Canada’s 151st birthday party taking place this Sunday.

The City of Calgary has again partnered with dozens of local cultural organizations to program a day filled with fun, family-friendly, and free events. Bursting with music, dance, art, and culture, the day includes presentations from the Canadian Armed Forces, the Indigenous Showcase on Prince’s Island Park, and live music on the Riverfront Avenue stage. In fact, there’s even the One City, One Voice community sing-a-long where you can belt out Neil Young’s Heart of Gold led by Brian Farrell, the Artistic Director of Revv52, and Michael Bernard Fitzgerald.

And what Canada Day would be complete without fireworks? Look for them once again off of the Centre Street Bridge starting at 11:00pm.
