Have a sweet tooth and a love of French Canadian culture? Join The Association Canadienne-Française de l’Alberta, régionale de Calgary for the 15th annual Calgary Maple Festival.
With an expansion to Calgary’s Heritage Park, the festival is expected to be bigger and better than ever before with entertainment for visitors of all ages. Catch French Canadian, Metis and First Nations Folkloric music and dances, demonstrations, workshops, storytelling, and exhibits alongside a traditional sugar shack meal, a sugar market, and a lively Francophonie-Calgary kiosk. Guests can even take in a play, circus, or magic show as well as outdoor activities, games, wagon rides, and the not-to-be-missed maple taffy on snow!
Calgary Maple Festival runs from 10:00am to 5:00pm on March 4 and 5, 2017 at Heritage Park Historical Village (1900 Heritage Dr. SW).
