The historic King Eddy kicks into high-gear as a pop-up country bar as the Bell Live Series returns throughout the Calgary Stampede.

Once again transformed into an East Village honky-tonk, this year’s lineup features a revolving roster of boot-stompin’ country acts performing ticketed evening headliner concerts and free daytime shows.

Bell Live at the King Eddy headliners include Kingston “newgrass” act The Abrams, Edmonton-based country artist Karac Hendriks, Calgary country-folk troubadour Tim Hus, and many more. There’s even three secret headliner shows presented by the National Music Centre, the Canadian Country Music Association, and Country 105.

Visitors can also enjoy the sunshine on the King Eddy Rooftop patio. Stop by before hitting the grounds or end your evening on the terrace with some of the best views of the Stampede’s closing fireworks. The King Eddy Rooftop will be open daily (weather permitting) from 12:00 to 11:30pm with the exception of July 6, 12, and 13.

Bell Live at the King Eddy runs daily from 11:30am to 2:00am, July 6 to 15, 2018. Admission is free during the day and with a cover from 7:00pm until close for all headliner shows. Check kingeddy.ca for the full schedule.
