Calling all Kung Fu fans—the Calgary Underground Film Festival is taking over the Globe Cinema this weekend with eight of the coolest, craziest, and most exciting films from the Shaw Brothers.
Hitting harder than a roundhouse kick to the temple, CUFF is celebrating the 60th anniversary of the studio that produced the most significant and popular Chinese-language genre films of all time. It all kicks off with a Thursday night doubleheader featuring The 36th Chamber of Shaolin and Dirty Ho.
