Taiessa: variegata
variegata, Taiessa’s ongoing body of work, offers a tangle of plant cuttings that appear to stretch their leaves toward the light in a sun-soaked greenhouse. These plants are crafted from ivory felt, an inert material intended to foil its organic counterpart. Check it out!

The Artist’s Lens 2025: Identity
The Alberta Society of Artists presents the group exhibition The Artist’s Lens: Identity featuring the work of 18 Alberta artists as part of the Exposure Photography Festival. Artists were asked to consider how their identity shapes their work — whether it is representative of their culture, ethnicity, history or persona.
