A wry look at the classical world’s musicians, composers, traditions, and history, join the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra as it celebrates symphonic music with a smile.

This one-of-a kind comedy revue meets orchestral music concert pairs popular classical works including Mozart and Wagner alongside the hilarious comedic talents of The Second City troupe. Calgary Phil’s own resident conductor Karl Hirzer leads the way while comedian Colin Mochrie takes over duties as the evening’s host.

The Second City Guide to the Symphony takes place at 8:00pm on March 11, 2017 at the Jack Singer Concert Hall, Arts Commons (205 8th Ave. SE).
