Explore the magic of light and shadow plus the technology of LEDs and fibre optics at the next Puppet Pop-Up Studio.
This monthly puppet making and performing workshop on the third Saturday of each month encourages all family members, youngsters and elders alike, to create art and drama together. For November, use shadows in this creative project to make the world’s ugliest anglerfish and do a swim by with your creation to some eerie underwater music.
Puppet Pop-Up Studio: Deep in the Sea takes place from 1:00 to 3:00pm on November 19, 2016 at the Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (315, 1111 11th Ave. SW). Tickets are $10 per person or $35 for groups (four to six people) in advance and $15 per person at the door, if available. Please note that children and teens must participate with an adult. Ages four and up.
