Can you spin a good yarn? Have lots of tales to tell? Always been a storyteller at heart? Then you need to meet Calgary Story Slam.
You are invited to this dynamic night of live storytelling and Busted is the theme. Come to either listen, judge or to tell a story. And anyone can tell a story.
The set up is simple—storytellers sign up at the beginning of the evening and judges will be randomly picked. All stories must be a maximum of five minutes in length and all must be (mostly) true and about you. In other words, it’s all about the first person narrative. And, finally, you can’t bring notes or read aloud. Still in?
