Always on the hunt to find engaging ways to share performance and education on the flute, join the Green Banana Flutes for an afternoon of beautiful music.
Featuring the idiomatic and passionate writing of Astor Piazzolla, the afternoon also includes George Crumb’s An Idyll for the Misbegotten, Christos Hatzis’ Arctic Dreams, and many more. Made up of Sara Hahn, Sarah Gieck, Tim Borton, Nia Devetzis, and Sean Buckley, the Green Banana Flutes showcase various techniques and forms.
