Featuring pianist Stewart Goodyear, Calgary Civic Symphony toasts Canada 150 in grand style with a program that includes Goodyear’s own piano concerto, Callaloo.
A musical experience not to be to missed, the symphony is balancing its day with a nod to reconciliation. Its preconcert performance includes two Indigenous groups—the Thundering Nations International Dance Company and the Aboriginal Friendship Centre of Calgary.
